Senior Activities & Services

To keep our seniors busy and active, there are many programs to participate in at Flat Rock Recreation Center! Below is a list and times for all classes offered! We will be adding more this fall. There are also several trips planned. And more in the works! Please check back soon for updates.
REMEMBER ALL TRIPS, FITNESS CLASSES AND SEMINARS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR IN ADVANCE

We are a SilverSneakers Provider!  To see if you are eligible for this type of membership, have your health care card available and call 1-866-456-3065 and follow the prompts OR check your eligibility on their website (click here). This membership also includes SilverSneakers Classic exercise class.

Advanced Silver Sneakers - Monday & Wednesday 10:30am - 11:20am
Adult Aqua- Monday & Wednesday Mornings 11:15am-12:15pm
