Rules

  • Our service is from curb to curb ONLY
  • Riders must be ready 15 minutes in advance and waiting at the door.
  • A monetary donations are excepted.
  • Plan to do only what you have scheduled with our dispatcher.
  • The driver is not allowed to alter the schedule.
  • The City of Flat Rock will not transport for medical emergencies (call 911).
  • NO food or beverages on the bus.
  • Cancellation policy - you must call 734.379.1450 x1201 at least 2 hours before your pick-up time. If you need to cancel when the office is closed please call both the dispatch 734.379.1450 x1201 AND the driver 734.341.1027 and leave a message. Riders who fail to cancel their trips 3 times within a 30 day period will be suspended. The first offense will result in a written warning, the second offense will result in a written warning and the third offense will result in an indefinite suspension of bus service.
  • Physical or verbal abuses, profanity, or sexual harassment by passengers or drivers will not be tolerated and is subject to probation and/or loss of riding privileges at the discretion of the Director.
  • Due to the volume of residents we serve, we are unable to commit to NO more than one day per week.
