There are many ways to get fit here at the Flat Rock Community Center. We offer a weight room with all BRAND NEW cardio and weight equipment! Fitness classes are scheduled in 7 week sessions with a variety of options from beginner to advanced. A walking/jogging track is available above the gymnasium.
