The Pavilion and Gazebo are both located inside of a public park. The permit that you are obtaining is strictly for exclusive use of that structure during the time frame indicated on the permit. The City of Flat Rock takes great measures in maintaining their parks and their appearance but does not hold itself responsible for the condition that the gazebo and pavilion are in at the time of rental.

For those who have a Pavilion Permit, at the end of your event you are expected to place your trash inside of the dumpster located in the library parking lot.
