We bring our workout to the fitness area upstairs to utilize the track, cardio and weight machines. This workout will challenge you at every level! You will increase in the five components of fitness: coordination, strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. Guidance will be given for all parts of the workout. Bring a water.
