Adult Classes

Fitness classes are scheduled in 7 week sessions with a variety of options from beginner to advanced.  Group fitness is a great way to commit to exercise, be challenged and have fun with friends! Classes are generally held in our multipurpose rooms, but on occasion they will be held outside or upstairs in the fitness center/track area.
