Adult Swim Training
This class is designed for adult swimmers and triathletes looking to improve swim technique and build endurance. It is a structured swim workout and will be provided at a variety of paces, and may also include dry land strength training. Please bring a swimsuit, swim goggles, and a towel. A swim cap is optional. None of these items will be provided.
When: Sundays 9:00 am-10:30 am
Sessions Start: (April 11th, 18th, 25th, May 9th, 16th, and 23rd) No class May 2nd
