The Flat Rock Community Center Adult Masters Swimming program is designed for adults (18+). Our mission is to promote health, wellness, fitness, and competition for adults through swimming.
This is not a learn to swim program. Classes will be led by a certified United States Master Swimming coach who will provide workouts in addition to feedback on your swimming strokes to make you a more efficient swimmer. Video analysis of your strokes will also be provided
When: Sundays 11:00am-12:00pm
Session 1: June 6th-July 25th (No class July 4th)
Cost: $75
Age: 18+
