Adult Aquacise

Adult Aquacise is a balanced moderate total body workout for the joint-sensitive individual. The support of the water combined with active stretches for each muscle group will improve mobility and flexibility.  Tone and sculpt your body with less impact on your joints. This popular water aerobics workout is a blend of cardio, balance, flexibility, and resistance training, and may incorporate resistance tools such as water weights, noodles, and kickboards.

Masks must be worn to enter the building but are not required in the pool.
